At Nihu Fashion, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes, products may not meet your expectations. Here's our Cancellation, Return, Replace & Refund Policy:
(1). Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer care team via phone/email to request cancellation.
(2). Cancellation Fee: No cancellation fee will be charged if the order is cancelled within 24 hours. However, if the order has already been processed, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be charged.
(3). Cancellation after Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you can still return the order within our return window.
(1). Return Window: We DO-NOT accept returns of Goods once purchased from our Company. We offer best quality indeed, however if there are any damages, we’ll replace damaged products.
(2). Return Eligibility: Only unused, unwashed, and unaltered products with original tags and packaging can be returned.
(3). Return Process: Contact our customer care team via phone/email to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).
(4). Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the product is damaged or defective, Nihu Fashion will provide a return shipping label.
(5). Return Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
(1). Replacement Eligibility: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement.
(2). Replacement Process: Contact our customer care team via phone/email to initiate the replacement process. Provide your order number, reason for replacement, and photos of the product (if damaged).
(3). Replacement Shipping: In case of Product replacement, you have to send back the parcel with return packing slip within 7 Days. (For that parcel, courier charges will be paid by customer).
(4). Replacement Timeline: Replacement products will be shipped within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned product. We will try and replace the product as soon as possible, If that product replacement is not possible only in that case we will return that much amount. (NOTEStitched catalog amount cannot be refunded any way).
(1). Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
(2). Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned product.
(3). Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the full amount paid by you, minus any shipping costs.
(4). Refund for Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, Nihu Fashion will provide a full refund.
(1). No Cash Refunds: Nihu Fashion does not offer cash refunds. Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method.
(2). Product Discrepancy: Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products otherwise we will not report the complain after that. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
(3). Color Variation: Please note that there may be a slight color variation between the product image and the actual product.
(4). At the time of receiving parcel, if the package is damaged or opened or comes by any other branding except ours, it is advisable not to accept it. That parcels if accepted are not eligible for returns from our side.
(5). Unfortunately, products delivered through cross-border shipments are not eligible for returns or refunds for any reason. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
